The annual Centrewood Fete will be held in the beautiful grounds of the historic Centrewood Homestead Waimate on Sunday 3rd November.

Victorian Heritage Celebrations 2013

Explorers and Venturers is the theme for the 2013 Victorian Heritage Celebrations to be held in Oamaru from the 14th - 17th November 2013. 



The Oamaru Victorian Heritage Celebrations is one of the stunning Waitaki region’s biggest annual events. Its a week when Oamaru celebrates its heritage and has huge fun doing so.  A week where everyone is welcomed

and given the rare chance to experience all the sights, sounds, tastes, and activities of a bygone era. Expect the men’s beards to be handsomely groomed, the women’s corsets fastidiously tightened and much merriment to be

had by young and old alike.

Victorian Fete

The Network Waitaki Victorian Fete is the grand finale to Oamaru's Victorian Heritage Celebrations.  It's a wonderful family day of music, dance, street theatre and magic.

Take in the sights and sounds of an authentic Victorian Fete with market stalls, traditional craft demonstrations, penny farthings, competitions, costume display and much, much more.

The Network Waitaki Victorian Fete will be held in Oamaru's Victorian Precinct on Sunday 17th November 2013.
